Gen Con Week!

This week we are posting a whole ton of interviews from Gen Con, ending with a very special Game Night episode. Hold on to your brew and be prepared to be blown away by a flood of Guys Games and Beer!

G2B Ep. 70: Put on Your Space Face

One has to wonder why G2B even bothers with topic lists when no-one ever stays on topic. Particularly guys who's name rhymes with "Punk Gary"...
But don't let the lack of topical focus put you off this episode when we have a great show for you, featuring special guest Eric Johns, who is working on Visions of Zosimos: a free to play online strategy board & collectible card game.
So join the Gutter Geeks as they talk about Visions of Zosimos, great space games, favorite card games and exactly what they have learned.
Plug in and drop out for another episode of Guys Games and Beer!

G2B Ep. 67: Supa Geeky!

Feeling bored, rundown and lonely? How about a fresh shot of Gutter Geek to get ya going? Join the Guys for a no-holds barred geek-stravaganza as they talk about what they've been playing, The “Straight Male Gamer” Bioware affair, their favorite gaming series and what the hell they have actually learned. All this in a lovely suburban picnic setting. How freaking quaint!
Pack your baskets and spray on the mosquito repellent for another soul-sucking episode of Guys Games and Beer!

G2B Ep. 65: Battle Royale

Let's get ready to RUMBLE! It all gets personal as the Gutter Geeks decide whether the Quake or Doom series are better, and if Mario kicks Sonic's buttocks. Tom, Travis and Rob talk about their recent retro kicks and Larry calls in from prison. Oh, there is also lots of singing.

All-in-all you could do much worse than this completely acceptable episode of worlds worst gaming podcast: Guys Games and Beer!

G2B Ep. 60: Mech Night 2: With Mechoxide!

IT's giant robot night! Tom pulled out his projector and the guys brought out all their million-button,slider, flightstick and flip switch controllers to play their favorite mech games while watching a certain ill-fated mech movie sequel. Also covered are the best robot in a video game and E3 for complete bastards... along with the usual rant.
This episode was shot outside with a crowd so expect some background noise... and some love.

G2B Ep. 58:The Boston Indie Party

Aerjen Tamminga and Dan Silvers from the Boston Festival of Indie Games join the Gutter Geeks to talk about the board and video games represented at BFIG, What exactly (or generally) makes a great boardgame and whether the indie videogame movement is just a passing fad or here to stay. Noobette calls out the Noob on his not-so-nice multiplayer gaming habits and the guys poke Dan about Lantana Game's current project Children of Liberty.

Make sure to stop by the Boston Festival of Indie Games on Saturday, September 14, 2013 It runs from 10 am to 10 pm at the MIT Stratton Student Center, 84 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA!
