This is the first Royale bundle that has got my heart thumpin' since the original Greenlight bundle. For 5 bucks this one is a no brainer. The games are Croixleur,
Beast Boxing Turbo, DawnStar, Battlepaths, Out There Somewhere and
DieHard Dungeon. As usual other games are expected to be added as the sale goes on. Descriptions of the games (from Indie Royale) follows.
Croixleur: a high-speed, hack-and-slash arcade action game by the talented Japanese indie developer souvenir circ. Gameplay is reminiscent of the Devil May Cry series’ Bloody Palace mode as our protagonist, Lucrezia Visconti, battles her way through floors of ongoing monsters in a ritual called ‘the Adjuvant Trial’! Out There Somewhere: This game is a simple platformer with puzzle and action elements. You play as an astronaut, forced to land in a strange alien planet. Low on fuel, now you need to find some way to get an alien power core and avenge your planet, defeating your arch enemy, Grigori. The main game mechanic is the clever use of a teleportation device, to move around the levels.
DieHard Dungeon: "Welcome to the dungeon. Those (un)lucky few that are chosen, face great riches and great perils. Good luck!" A randomly generated dungeon is created every time you play. Discover the dungeons many secrets and multiple outcomes. Do you have what it takes to survive the dungeon?
